Anand comes to Intuitive Objects, with over 18 years of experience in the fields of information technology and enterprise software. With an extensive background in software development, process management and project management, Anand has a wealth of experience in delivering solutions for complex problems. Over the years he has managed and delivered highly critical transaction systems as well as decision support systems. He has led teams developing applications in a distributed development environment. He has led the Intuitive Objects team to consistently deliver on-time, quality product releases.

As a founding member Mohan Meenakshi plays an important role in managing the business operations at Intuitive Objects, where he leads the finance and accounting department of the company. His valuable experience has positioned Intuitive Objects from startup Company to a Company of strength. Prior to being an integral memeber of Intuitive Objects management team, he has been with The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd., (A Government of India Undertaking), which gave an insight into the Insurance industry, finance and administration.

Manoj brings an extensive experience and plays an important role in managing the HR, Administration and Finance activities of the Company. His valuable experience of over 15 years with HCL, prepared him as a well process oriented personality with which he continues to tame and frame the HR and accounting policies. His involvement in ISO audit with the previous company has been an asset for Intuitive Objects for setting up the accounting process/procedures.
